G2’s Fall 2026 reports are out, and Certainty Software has held High Performer in the Enterprise segment of the Inspection Management category for a second consecutive season. We also continue to carry G2’s Users Love Us milestone badge. Both rest on the same foundation: verified reviews from people running Certainty in production.
Summary: Certainty Software has retained the G2 High Performer · Enterprise badge for Enterprise Inspection Management in the Fall 2026 reports, after first earning it in Summer 2026. Certainty also holds G2’s Users Love Us milestone badge. The platform currently rates 4.3 out of 5 across 44 verified reviews and ranks 10th of 348 products in the Inspection Management category.

Two seasons running — and what changed in between
G2 rebuilds its Grid from scratch every season. Placement is not permanent, and it is not awarded by an analyst panel — it is calculated from customer satisfaction scores and market presence within a defined company-size segment. The Enterprise segment narrows the satisfaction signal to reviewers at organisations with more than 1,000 employees, which is the population that runs the multi-site, high-consequence inspection programs Certainty was built for.
What makes holding the placement more interesting than earning it: our review volume nearly doubled in between. At the Summer 2026 report we had 23 verified reviews averaging 4.4 stars. Today it is 44 reviews averaging 4.3. The rating slipped a tenth of a point — that is what usually happens when you add twenty-one new voices in a quarter, and it is a far more durable number than a perfect score across a handful of reviews.
What the Users Love Us badge does and doesn’t tell you
We should be straight about this one. Users Love Us is a milestone badge, not a competitive placement. G2 awards it to any product that collects 20 reviews with an average of at least 4.0 stars — an absolute threshold, not a ranking against anyone else. Plenty of products carry it.
It is worth showing anyway. Getting to 20 genuine, verified reviews means 20 customers were willing to put their name and job title next to a public opinion about your software that we cannot edit or remove. Holding 4.0 or better while you get there is the harder half.
What reviewers actually say
Two themes recur: how far the platform bends to fit a process that already exists, and the people behind it.
Certainty Software is extremely customizable, which has been really helpful for our organization… Being able to adapt the system to work for different departments has been a huge benefit. I also have to mention their support team. They are fantastic and very responsive whenever we have a question or run into an issue.
S. M., Director of Quality Assurance, Enterprise (>1,000 employees) — 5/5 on G2
The review titles tell the same story: “Flexibility & Customization Streamline Our Audit Management,” “Customizable, Client-Centric, and Superb Support,” “Streamlines Audits with Customizable Templates.”
Reviewers are equally consistent about the trade-off. A platform this configurable takes time to learn on the administrative side, and several say so plainly. That is fair, it is the feedback we take most seriously, and it is where our onboarding and support teams spend their time.
The number that matters more than either badge
Twelve months ago Certainty had two reviews on G2. Today it has 44. G2 verifies every reviewer, discloses on each review how it was sourced, and does not let us edit or delete what gets published — we do not see them before they go live. That trajectory, not the badge art, is the thing we actually pay attention to.
So: thank you. If you use Certainty and have not left a review yet, you can write one on G2. It takes a few minutes, and the critical ones are as useful to us as the kind ones.
