Certainty delivers value to hundreds of thousands of professionals around the globe by providing an easy and flexible solution to collect and report inspection data and manage the issues identified in the inspection process.

Onboarding is the start of this process and is a series of tasks our Customer Success team works through with you to ensure you and your company can also quickly and easily begin to deliver ongoing value to your business using Certainty.

Here’s how we’ll help you get started

During the onboarding process, the Certainty Customer Success team will:

  1. Work with you to define short – and longer-term project success criteria
  2. Provide Basic and Advanced Certainty training for your project team
  3. Configure your Certainty system to meet your project goals, including:
    • Add your project administrators and initial users to your instance of Certainty
    • Configure your org structure – sites and site groups
    • Create your initial checklist
    • Configure user groups (optional)
    • Set up Dashboards for your project administrator(s)
    • Set up (1) Business Intelligence report (optional)
    • Set up initial checklist and action notifications (optional)
    • Set up checklist and action workflows (optional)
  4. Resolve issues identified and review project progress over time
