You ask, we answer! Yup, here are all the questions we’ve been asked by customers and prospective customers – most often when trying to make a decision about audit/inspection management software. And, here are the answers – because we believe the best decision is an informed one!


Do we have to pay on-going licence fees for users that are no longer active?

No. We appreciate that your needs will change as your business grows, shifts and transitions and have a ‘de-activate user’ feature to meet these changing needs. This feature allows your administrators to ‘de-activate’ users that are no longer active which means you can still report on all past data collected for that user but the licence for that ‘de-activated’ user is no longer needed or can be used for another user.
