Professional Services

Need a helping hand? No problem, we are here to help. In addition to our free support for technical issues you may face, we also offer professional services to help make sure your project is a success. Whether its help to get your project up and running or having us act as an additional and ongoing resource for your team, we offer a range of professional services to ensure your objectives are met.

All Corporate-level projects include five (5) hours of professional service free of charge.

Professional services are offered by the hour or in blocks of 10 or 20 hours and can be used for:

  • User Training
  • Checklist Development
  • System Administration
  • Bulk Data Uploads
  • System Integration
  • Business Intelligence Dashboards
  • Custom Report Development

Unused professional service hours do not expire and service provided is tracked to increments of 15 mins.
