At Certainty we know that web-based, enterprise-level software projects have a lot of moving parts. Internet and Wi-Fi connectivity, software, users, devices – and more. From user error and device-specific issues to connectivity problems and bugs, we appreciate that with all these moving parts issues can occur which is why all Certainty projects include unlimited email and phone support (free of charge) for technical issues that may affect your project with us.
Do you need technical support?
Need a helping hand? No problem, we are here to help. In addition to our free support for technical issues you may face, we also offer professional services to help make sure your project is a success. Whether its help to get your project up and running or having us act as an additional and ongoing resource for your team, we offer a range of professional services to ensure your objectives are met.
Professional services are offered by the hour ($140) or in blocks of 5, 10 or 20 hours at discounted rates ($600; $1,100; and $2,100 respectively).
Service hours can be used for:
- User Training
- Checklist Development
- Integration Set Up (data push/pull, single sign on, etc.)
- Business Intelligence Dashboard Customization
- Bulk Data Uploads
- System Administration
- Custom Report Development
Unused professional service hours do not expire and service provided is tracked to increments of 15 mins.
